Section 01

Introduction & Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 49bd platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all associated services. When you register an account, log in, or use any service on 49bd, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement that applies to both the user ("you" or "User") and 49bd ("we", "our", or "Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Section 02

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create a valid account on 49bd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
• You may only operate one account at a time.
• The account is for your personal use only; use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

2.2 Account Verification

49bd may request necessary documents from you at any time for identity verification. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in permanent account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• A proven breach of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system.
• Submitting a chargeback or unauthorized transaction claim.

Section 03

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 49bd is ৳100 (per method). Deposits can be made through the following methods:

• bKash — one of Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services.
• Nagad — the digital payment service authorized by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if the verification process is incomplete or if there is outstanding bonus wagering on the account.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawing to the same source is mandatory for secure financial transactions.

3.3 Payment Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your payment account details accurate and up to date. 49bd will not be held responsible for any transaction complications arising from incorrect information.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000 or more, the maximum ৳5,000 bonus will be added and your total balance will be ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

If you attempt a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus balance will be cancelled. Withdrawals from your regular deposit balance are always permitted.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bonuses in risk-free betting patterns, or attempting to use bonuses through any other dishonest method will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

VIP Program & Rewards

49bd has three VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is available from each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. New members start at this tier and have the opportunity to move up through regular play.
• Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. This tier can be reached from Bronze through consistent activity.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback and special benefits. This is 49bd's highest VIP tier.

VIP tier benefits are entirely at 49bd's discretion and may be changed or cancelled at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding cashback, 49bd's decision will be considered final.

Section 06

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 49bd and may result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using bots, automated scripts, or artificial methods.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
• Providing fraudulent payment information or misusing chargebacks.
• Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behavior.
• Using the platform's intellectual property without authorization.

Section 07

Gaming Policy & Fair Play

49bd is committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated with SSL encryption and every outcome is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

If a player believes there was an error in the outcome of a game, they may file a complaint with the support team. If a technical error is confirmed after investigation, the wager for the relevant round will be cancelled or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

49bd will not be held liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Loss or missed wagers caused by internet connection interruptions.
• Issues arising from errors in the user's device or software.
• Service disruptions from third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized third-party access to an account where the user has not taken adequate security measures.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

In any circumstance, 49bd's maximum liability is limited to the amount involved in that specific transaction.

Section 12

Changes to Terms

49bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms.

Section 13

Applicable Law

These Terms and any dispute between a user and 49bd will be resolved in accordance with the relevant legal framework. Any legal dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
